This non-governmental organization is dedicated to bringing preventative healthcare to the peoples of coastal Kenya. We invite you to explore this site, learn more about the people of Lamu, and the initiatives we look forward to working with the community to implement. Mission

LCPH aims to provide affordable preventative healthcare and treatment that will promote wellbeing among members of the Lamu community and the country of Kenya at large. This healthcare will include: health screening and health education to patients regardless of their ethnicity, sex, class, religious affiliation or sexual orientation.



The primary focus for LCPH will be on screening and early intervention services for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and cancers. These services are mostly unavailable in the Lamu community and Kenya at large.
